These Terms govern your use of getprotocolday.com (the "Site"), operated by Green Style Hub LLC, doing business as PROTOCOL DAY ("we", "us"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Pre-launch waitlist — no purchase, no payment

PROTOCOL DAY products are not yet available for sale. The Site is a pre-launch page for joining our founding-member waitlist.
Reserving a founding-member spot does not create an order, contract of sale, or payment obligation. We do not collect payment on this Site, and you are not charged anything by reserving.
Joining the waitlist means we may email you when the product becomes available so you can choose whether to purchase at that time.

3. Founding-member pricing

"Founding-member" pricing reflects an introductory price we intend to offer waitlist members at launch, shown alongside our planned regular price. Pricing, availability, formulations, and launch timing are subject to change and are not guaranteed. We will honor a reserved founding price only if and when the product launches and subject to any terms presented at that time.

4. Health and dietary supplement disclaimer

Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Statements about ingredients describe their intended role and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.

5. Intellectual property

The PROTOCOL DAY name, logo, text, graphics, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks (e.g., KSM-66®, BioPerine®, Kaneka Ubiquinol®) belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or another person's information.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
